Nick and Hank will find themselves investigating a werewolf curse in Grimm’s next episode.

“Lycanthropia” will see our favorite Grimm piecing together the details of a could-be-true story about a terrifying Wesen disease that forms the inspiration for the modern-day werewolf myth.

Meanwhile, Adalind (Claire Coffee) is offered an uneasy alliance that may help her get back what she wants most (and no, it’s not her recently lost humanity)

And while Renard is pressured to choose sides, Eve confronts Nick and Hank about all she has learned about the police chief’s recent dealings.

We’ve seen the episode a little early, thanks to our friends at NBC, and have five teasers to share with you below.

As always, we do our best to avoid outright plot-reveals and other points that could ruin your enjoyment of the show. And as always, we urge you to exercise caution, even so.

Trust Issues?

If you’ve been scratching your head over how committed Nick is to Adalind over the last handful of episodes, then we’re with you.

This week’s episode opens with Nick sneaking out of bed in the middle of the night (carefully, so as not to wake a peacefully sleeping Adalind in the bed beside him).

Nick is off to work on getting that darned tunnel door open — in addition to carefully stashing the magic healing stick where Adalind (and presumably others) cannot find it.

Why all the secrecy, Nick? It’s ok, we forgive you, if only because you spend most of the opener shirtless and sweaty.

Also we’re calling it. We think the “stick” is actually a piece of the True Cross.
