If you’ve been following our Drop Dead Diva coverage this season then you’ll know that episode nine sees Secret Circle Alum Adam Harrington guesting as Paul Hewitt, lawyer for a grieving stepmother suing for custody of her dead stepson’s cremated remains.

However, when Hewitt calls Jane and Grayson’s client to the stand – the grieving widow of the deceased who also just happens to be addicted to eating her dead husband’s ashes –  it looks like her testimony may derail the entire defense.

Someone pass me a glass of water!

It’s a great episode,” Harrington told Screen Spy on Twitter recently. “Also reunites me with Bruce Davidson who I worked with on #HBO Luck. A great guy and amazing talent.

Meanwhile Kim and Parker find themselves dealing with the aftermath of Gina’s actions (we never trusted her!) and what her partnership in the firm really means.

And last, but by no means least, Teri attempts to get Luke on board with her burgeoning musical career (as Lady Bodacious).

In addition to Harrington and Davidson, the episode also sees the return of guest star Joan Rivers.

Diva continues its run Sundays 9 pm on Lifetime, with Ashes to Ashes airing Sunday August 5th.
