5 Things to Know About CASTLE’s Fall Finale

By on November 23, 2015

Rick and Kate are about to close their last case of the year when Castle airs its Fall Finale tonight on ABC.

In “Mr. and Mrs. Castle” the pair accidentally out out to sea in pursuit of a killer on board a cruise-liner.

Thrown together to solve a murder, it isn’t long before Castle and Beckett rediscover — and enjoy — their old working rhythm. But when Beckett uncovers links in the investigation to her secret undercover op. with Vikram, she is forced to shut Castle out again.

However, for Castle this case may be the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back. Watch out. The sparks are about to fly.

We’ve seen the episode a little early, thanks to our friends at ABC, and have 5 teasers to share with you. As usual, we try to avoid outright spoilers that could otherwise ruin your enjoyment of the episode (we want you to enjoy it as much as we did) so for that reason we consider the following points to be teasers rather than spoilers. And as usual, we ask that you exercise some caution around our list, as one man’s teaser is another man’s spoiler.

Here then are 5 things to know about “Mr. & Mrs. Castle.”

Tears or Cheers?

Following last week’s almost-getting-back-together moment, Castle’s not the only one on a high. The episode will see Martha and Alexis dropping by with a bottle of champagne and a box of Kleenex with which to congratulate or commiserate any big decisions made post wedding anniversary.

While Castle presents a cheerful front and tells his mother that he and Beckett are “making progress” it’s Hayley who is able to spot that this is largely untrue. Castle is unbowed, and reaffirms his intentions to keep wriggling his way into Beckett’s Homicide cases until she comes clean about what’s going on.

However, before the credits roll on the Fall Finale, we’ll see Castle doing a 180 on this strategy, with some shocking results.
