ONCE UPON A TIME 100th Episode: Red Carpet Interview with Colin O’Donoghue
Once Upon a Time’s Hook may be gone but he’s far from forgotten, and in case we needed any reminding of that series star Colin O’Donoghue took to the red carpet in Vancouver recently to discuss the show’s upcoming 100th episode.
The Irish actor admitted to being “locked down” as far as revealing what’s in store for his character in the weeks to come.
However he did tease a “fiery and scary” second half to the season, which kicks off with the 100th episode on March 6.
The episode will see Emma, assisted by a sizable collection of Storybrooke heroes, setting out on a perilous mission to the Underworld to rescue Hook, who sacrificed himself to free Emma from the Dark One’s curse in the Fall finale.
However Emma will find herself sorely tested on her mission, and her first glimpse of Hook will be anything but a plesant experience.
Asked where he might like to see Hook’s story go over the seasons ahead, O’Donoghue said “You can do a lot in 300 years,” and cited Hook’s Neverland adventures — sans Pan — as a potentially rich source of material.

The Spring Premiere, which is fittingly titled “Souls of the Departed,” airs Sunday March 6 8/7c on ABC.
