Merlin’s ‘The Hollow Queen’ sees Sarrum of Amata (John Shrapnel) arriving at the citadel. Despite Arthur’s (Bradley James) grand welcome, Sarrum is unimpressed, recalling the last time he saw Arthur as a boy. Arthur may not be exactly warming to the fearsome Sarrum, but it looks like Gwen (Angel Coulby) may have some ideas where he is concerned.

Check out this latest sneak peek from ‘The Hollow Queen’ courtesy of the BBC below, and catch Merlin Saturday November 24 on BBC1.

Don’t we see Merlin in this episode ? Why don’t you talk about him ? … Merlin is the hero of the show, may I recall you. Thanks.

      Hi May,
We think Colin Morgan’s Merlin is fantastic. We wouldn’t feature the show so strongly if we we didn’t! However, this is a sneak peek from an upcoming episode featuring a scene without Merlin. We can’t really find a way to talk about him in this scene if he isn’t in it.
Where sneak peeks involve Merlin, or where a press release or promotional images feature him, we’re always keen to have him front and center. (A look through our Merlin archives will attest to this.)

I appreciate all your comments on the show. You’re obviously a very passionate fan, which is great! Thanks for taking the time to write.
