“Full Circle” – Olivia remains one-step ahead of her captors, but she won’t be able to keep it up for long.

Jake, Huck and Quinn turn to an old friend for help and Fitz is pushed to the limit forcing Cyrus to take matters into his own hands, on Scandal, Thursday, February 12 (9:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.
