Episode 1.01 “Pilot”

In this modern-day retelling of Washington Irving’s classic, Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) finds himself resurrected almost two and a half centuries after a battle with a mysterious and seemingly unstoppable adversary, to find that the world is on the brink of destruction and that he is humanity’s last hope. Crane is forced to team up with contemporary police officer, Lieutenant Abbie Mills.(Nicole Beharie) to unravel a mystery that dates back to the founding fathers.

Episode 1.02 – “Blood Moon”

Still adjusting to his 21st century reality, Crane and Mills move forward in their mission to unravel the mysteries lurking in Sleepy Hollow. A frightful vision from Ichabod’s former wife Katrina sends the unlikely duo on the hunt for a vengeful witch from the 1700s who has been awoken by unknown evils and is on a path of destruction in the quaint town. Meanwhile, despite all odds, Officer Andy Brooks is back and on a questionable mission of his own.

Episode 1.03 – “For the Triumph of Evil…”

Another soldier in the army of evil, the Sandman, seeps into the dreams of the residents of Sleepy Hollow. By infiltrating their minds at night, he tortures them to the brink – all because they, at one time, turned a blind eye to justice. When the Sandman seemingly sets his sights on Abbie, she is forced to begin to face her past – and her institutionalized sister, Jenny (Lyndie Greenwood). With Ichabod by her side, and her life at stake, the duo must try to defeat the Sandman and continue their fight against evil.

Episode 1.04 – “The Lesser Key of Solomon”

Abbey’s sister Jenny (recurring guest star Lyndie Greenwood) makes a bold escape from Tarrytown Psychiatric Hospital. On the run, Crane (Tom Mison) and Abbie (Nicole Behaire) lead a search for the missing woman. However, servants of the Headless Horseman are also searching for Jenny, and Abbie soon learns that her sister is far more knowledgeable about Sleepy Hollow’s occult history than she imagined.

Episode 1.05 – “John Doe”

Abbie and Ichabod hurry to save the life of a young boy who has been transported from the time of the pilgrims to modern day Sleepy Hollow. However when the boy spreads a deadly plague, Ichabod suspects something more sinister is afoot.

Episode 1.06 – “The Sin Eater”

When Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) goes missing, his wife, Katrina (Katia Winter) appears to Lt. Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie) in a vision warning her that the Headless Horseman will return to Sleepy Hollow by nightfall. A frantic Abbie seeks help from the mysterious Henry Parrish (guest star John Noble) in order to rescue Ichabod. Meanwhile, an encounter from Ichabod’s past weighs heavily on him, and details from Ichabod and Katrina’s very first encounter are revealed.

Episode 1.07 – “The Midnight Ride”

Abbie and Ichabod must find hidden clues to thwart the evil in Sleepy Hollow and Abbie gets an unexpected visit from the enigmatic Andy Brooks (guest star John Cho).

Episode 1.08 – “Necromancer” (formerly “Into Darkness”)

Ichabod, Abbie, Captain Irving (Orlando Jones) and Jenny Mills (guest star Lyndie Greenwood) join forces and face the Headless Horseman. While staring down this nemesis, Ichabod is shocked by game-changing information about the Horseman’s true motive.

Episode 1.09 – “Sanctuary”

When Ichabod and Abbie investigate a missing persons case, the search leads to a colonial-era house which holds secrets from Ichabod’s past…and unleashes a long-dormant evil.

Episode 1.10 – “The Golem”

Ichabod enlisting Henry Parrish (guest star Noble) to help him communicate with Katrina. However, in the process, a menacing danger is unleashed from purgatory in the form of the Golem.

Episode 1.12 – “The Indispensable Man”

Ichabod (Tom Mison) and Abbie (Nicole Beharie) discovering a massive secret buried within the pages of George Washington’s Bible. Together they unearth the shocking true nature of the founding father’s death. Meanwhile, Captain Irving (Orlando Jones) makes a near-impossible decision for the sake of his beloved family that drastically changes his future.

Episode 1.13 – “Bad Blood”

The battle between good and evil comes to an explosive head. Sacrifices must be made, worlds collide, loyalties are tested and the town of Sleepy Hollow will never be the same – resulting in a haunting first season finale.

    Your description for “Lesser Key of Solomon” is actually a description of “For The Triumph of Evil.”
