The CW has released a second sneak peek from The Vampire Diaries upcoming season four premiere ‘Growing Pains.’

In the first clip we saw Elena’s reaction to being saved, closely followed by her fear and despair over what she might become. Now, a second clip offers insight into Stefan and Damon’s state of mind. Is there any way Damon would have chosen to save Matt first? Will Stefan ever be able to overcome his guilt, and just how much trouble is Rebekah in this season?
