TV Gold For HBO And Boardwalk Empire

It was definitely Boardwalk Empire’s night at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards last night.  The HBO favorite, starring Steve Buscemi and set in Atlantic City, during the Prohibition era, scooped no less than 7 awards and helped put the cable network over the top with 15 awards in total.

Boardwalk Empire walked away with awards in the following categories:

Other winners on the night included Game of Thrones for Outstanding Main Title Design, The Walking Dead for Outstanding Prosthetic Makeup For A Series, Miniseries, Movie Or A Special, Harry’s Law for Outstanding Guest Actor In A Drama (Paul McCrane as Josh Peyton), Grey’s Anatomy for Outstanding Guest Actress In A Drama (Loretta Devine as Adele Webber) and Glee for Outstanding Guest Actress In A Comedy (Gwyneth Paltrow as Holly Holliday)
