Wonder Woman 2 will make history as the first film to employ anti-sexual harassment guidelines as set out by the Producers Guild of America (PGA).

Following recent well publicized allegations of sexual misconduct in hollywood, the PGA published a comprehensive guide in full last week, and announced at the PGA Awards yesterday that Wonder Woman 2 will be the first film to officially put the new measures into practice.

The comprehensive guidelines offer information, advice and recommendations as first steps in preventing and responding to harassment in the workplace and includes requirements that each production should comply with federal and state laws, should offer a range of reporting procedures, and should provide in-person anti-sexual harassment training for all members of the cast and crew at the start of production.

“We’re proud to announce that the Task Force has finished the first stage of its work,” wrote PGA co-presidents Gary Lucchesi and Lori McCreary.

“For the past three months, the PGA’s Anti-Sexual Harassment Task Force has been working diligently on a set of concrete and pragmatic recommendations for producers and team members to recognize and combat sexual harassment both on and off the set.”

They added, “The Task Force’s work is not finished. The Guidelines are likely to change as our industry explores new approaches to this problem and as new resources become available. The PGA will continue to work with TIME’S UP and the industry commission chaired by Anita Hill.  But for the multitude of producers urgently seeking guidance on how to proceed with their work while holding a firm line against harassment, we believe this document will prove invaluable.”
