When ‘News Night’ downplays a couple of sensational stories, the ratings take a plunge, forcing Will and Mac to find a way to lure back enough viewers to justify the Network’s goal for a Republican debate. Sloan, meanwhile is unhappy with the lack of coverage on a breaking financial story, and Charlie uncovers the identity of last week’s mysterious National Security Agency whistle-blower.

In the following sneak peek, Reese, buoyed by the ratings boot attempts to persuade Will to cover a Tornado warning.
