Alexander Siddig Joins GOTHAM as ‘Ra’s Al Ghul’

Looking for a little Gotham scoop while counting the days until the show’s April return? Then you may be interested to learn that Alexander Siddig has joined the series as Ra’s Al Ghul.
Born in Sudan, actor Alexander Siddig spent most of his childhood and young adulthood in England. His resume includes television series such as Game of Thrones, Peaky Blinders, Da Vinci’s Demons, 24, Hannibal and Atlantis. He is known worldwide for his lead role in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, in which he starred for five seasons.
FOX teases that as Bruce (David Mazouz) lifts the veil off the court of Owls, he finds the man pulling the strings is the enigmatic and powerful Ra’s Al Ghul (Siddig).
With his past shrouded in mystery, Ra’s Al Ghul uses cunning deception to lay waste to his foes.
As the leader of an international criminal organization known as the League of Shadows, Ra’s Al Ghul will prove himself to be Bruce’s most dangerous adversary yet.
Gotham returns on Monday, April 24 at 8/7c on FOX.
