Gabby (Monica Raymund) finds herself on an emotional rollercoaster in Thursday’s episode of Chicago Fire.

Having teamed up with Severide (Taylor Kinney) to rescue Brea, a young addict, from a clinic fire, she soon begins to wonder if the girl is in fact an addict at all.

When Gabby decides to track the girl’s movements she soon uncovers a different story — that of an ill father addicted to the painkillers his daughter is forced to find for him.

The discovery forces Gabby to make a tough decision.

We’ve got two sneak peek clips from Thursday’s episode, “The Whole Point of Being Roommates” to share below.

Meanwhile, the episode will see Herrmann (David Eigenberg) losing his cool and becoming embroiled in an altercation with a police officer after responding to a call.

And while Otis (Yuri Sardarov) and Cruz (Joe Minoso) are on a mission to find out who Brett (Kara Killmer) is dating, Boden (Eamonn Walker) is skeptical when Donna’s (guest star Melissa Ponzio) brother Julian (guest star Michael Cognata) unexpectedly comes to town.

It’s all happening on Thursday, January 11 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) on NBC.
