AMC’s Turn certainly hit the ground running this season.

The premiere episode, “Valediction,” saw Abe’s cover spectacularly blown after his father, following months of deliberation, finally turned him in to Hewlett.

Meanwhile Abe found himself in the uncomfortable position of being held as Robert Roger’s bait, while the ousted Queen’s Ranger works on a plan to exact his revenge on Major Andre.

Now with the spy ring threatened in “Cold Murdering Bastards,” Anna must devise a dangerous plan that will not only save Abe from the hangman’s noose, but also benefit a reluctant Hewlett.

However Abe has a different plan regarding his future in Long Island — one that may force Anna to choose a side.

Meanwhile, Simcoe’s return causes chaos in Setauket, and Ben and Caleb work with Townsend to unearth a well placed spy in the Continental army.

And finally, attempting to provide an extravagant lifestyle to suit the tastes of his would-be wife Peggy, Benedict Arnold instead faces charges of treason and comes to Washington for help.

We’ve got a series of just-released photos from this episode to share in our gallery below.
