Take a First Look at Robert Kirkman’s New Series OUTCAST

By on July 14, 2015

As revealed at Comic Con over the weekend, Robert Kirkman is about to bring another famous comic book series to the small screen.

Outcast, based on the Skybound/Image comic and produced for Cinemax by FOX International Studios (FIS), gave audiences a first look with its debut in San Diego on Saturday.

The series will follow Kyle Barnes, a young man who has been plagued by demonic possession all his life. Now, with the help of the Reverend Anderson, a preacher with personal demons of his own, Kyle embarks on a journey to find answers and regain the normal life he lost.

But what Kyle discovers could change his fate — and the fate of the world — forever.

Present at the panel were creators and executive producers Robert Kirkman and Chris Black, in addition to cast members Patrick Fugit (Kyle Barnes), Philip Glenister (Reverend Anderson) and Wrenn Schmidt (Megan Holter).

We’ve got a first look clip from the new series, along with some key art sent our way from Cinemax, to share below.
