Comic Con continues this weekend with new panels from HBO’s Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead and ABC’s Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Present at the Game of Thrones panel were stars Emilia Clarke, Kit Harrington, Michelle Fairley, Peter Dinklage, Rose Leslie, Richard Madden, John Bradley and Jason Momoa.

Also in attendance were show runners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss in addition to Thrones writer George R. R. Martin.

Meanwhile, the panel for Marvels Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which premieres September 24 on ABC, drew wild applause not only for the presence of Joss Whedon but for actor Clark Gregg, who reprises his role as Agent Phil Coulson in the series. “I didn’t like being dead,” noted Gregg. “But I liked the way I died!”

Jeph Loeb led the panel, which also comprised Brett Dalton, Elizabeth Henstridge, Iain De Caestecker, Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet, Jeffrey Bell, Maurissa Tancharoen, Jed Whedon and of course the man behind the vision, Joss Whedon.

And finally, The Walking Dead panel featured Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, Lauren Cohen, Steven Yeung, Danai Gurira, Scott Wilson, and David Morrissey. But as fabulous as the cast was, events were overshadowed by that spectacular season 4 extended trailer. (Check it here if you missed out.)
