Executive producer Shonda Rhimes is set to own Thursdays this Fall on ABC, with not one but three consecutive shows on air.
Following Grey’s Anatomy at 8 pm, and Scandal at 9, How to Get Away with Murder will complete the triumverate in the 10 pm slot.
This ambitious new drama stars Viola Davis as Professor Annalise Keating, a tough as nails, brilliant and charismatic college professor who lectures on Criminal law 100, or in her own words “How to get away with murder.”
When Keating becomes entangled in a murder plot with four law students from her class, her students will have to apply what they learned in class to real life if they are to preserve their respective futures.
The new series also stars Billy Brown as Nate, Alfred Enoch as Wes, Jack Falahee as Conner, Katie Findlay as Rebecca, Aja Naomi King as Michaela, Matt McGorry as Asher, Karla Souza as Laurel, Charlie Weber as Frank and Liza Weil as Bonnie.
