As you may have heard (or not, we don’t judge) long-running comedy series Will and Grace is coming back to NBC for a 12-episode run beginning this Fall.
The series first ran from September 21, 1998 to May 18, 2006, for a total of eight seasons, and centered on the relationship between best friends Will Truman (Eric McCormack), a gay lawyer, and Grace Adler (Debra Messing), a straight interior designer.
Added to the mix were friends Karen Walker (Megan Mullally), an alcoholic socialite, and Jack McFarland (Sean Hayes), a flamboyantly gay actor.
Original series creators Max Mutchnick and David Kohan will serve as writers, showrunners and executive producers on the new series.
Legendary director James Burrows, who helmed every episode of the show during its initial eight-year run, will direct and executive produce.
More as we have it!
