'Breakfast Club' Star Anthony Michael Hall Gets Three Years Probation for Assault

Former Brat Pack star Anthony Michael Hall is facing an assault charge against him for breaking a neighbor’s wrist in a struggle. The actor pleaded no contest to the misdemeanor assault and was sentenced three years of probation.
Hall will also serve 40 hours of community service for the conviction for assault with force likely to produce great bodily harm. The incident between him and his neighbor occurred at his Playa del Rey condominium complex last September 13, 2016. According to court records, Hall shoved his neighbor to the ground as an argument turned physical. The neighbor suffered a broken wrist and a back injury.

Hall won fame back in the 80’s for appearing in John Hughes classics such as “The Breakfast Club,” “Sixteen Candles” and “Weird Science.” A member of the Brat Pack, a group of Hollywood a group of young Hollywood stars who rose to fame in the 1980s.
The actor is also known for being a bad neighbor with numerous charges against him. The neighbor alleges that he and the actor have had several run-ins in the past.
Back in 2011, Hall was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace. After getting into a heated argument with his neighbor the actor allegedly teared up the plants in the common area of the condominium. As well as threatening to beat the neighbor to a pulp. The neighbor sued the actor when Hall confronted him in the common area of the condo. He said Hall was behaving in a rude or intimidating manner. Often the actor would spray his neighbor with a hose and his patio out of anger.
The incident prompted him to file a restraining order against “The Dead Zone” star. A judge ordered Hall to cease all of his alleged harassment.

Anthony Michael Hall’s Other Harassment Charges

The actor has struggled with personal demons for a while. There are some unsettling aspects of the actor’s life that went widely unreported. Hall has faced many allegations and battery assaults.
Many of his neighbors have a problem with his attitude as well. Other neighbors have reported that Hall often flips people off and screams obscenities at them for no apparent reason. Sources claimed neighbors complained to the housing association in the neighborhood. But with no results or solutions for their problem with the actor.

Aside from being the worst neighbor to live with. Hall was charged with domestic violence. In November 2009, his ex-girlfriend Diana Falzone accused him of stalking and assaulting her. Falzone has said in a police report Hall bit her forehead, pushed, shoved and spit at her. She obtained a temporary restraining order to keep him away.
Falzone obtained a temporary restraining order to keep him away after arriving at her house at three in the morning. He was heavily intoxicated and banging her door.
Hall almost faced seven years in jail for assault charges if convicted of the original felony charges.
