Blac Chyna Reports Leaked Sex Tape To Cops, Legal Team Defends Her Online

Blac Chyna is having the police investigate her sex tape—first leaked early Monday morning. Hours after the video surfaced the Internet; her legal team filed a police report to track down the anonymous person who posted the video on Twitter, according to a report by People. Her lawyer Lisa Bloom on Twitter jumped to her defense and denounced the tape saying that it is another case of “Revenge porn” and that it is “a crime.”

In response to a Twitter user who claimed it looks like Blac Chyna knew the guy was recording, Bloom responded by saying, “whether a woman knows she’s being recorded is not the issue. Whether she consented to posting is. Our bodies, our choice, each and every time.”
Chyna’s other attorney Walter Mosley agrees by saying that it’s another case of “attack against a woman.”
“There’s not enough information right now to even know what happened,” Mosley says. “An anonymous source posted a tape — could be from an ex-boyfriend, or stolen, someone texting it to someone else. It’s upsetting and troubling. After that Rob thing, she’s become a big target. It’s a sad time.”
The video shows the 29-year old reality show actress engaging in oral sex with an unidentified man. Blac Chyna was easily recognizable in the video—that is, when a penis didn’t cover it. The man’s face wasn’t seen, but his voice was heard in the video. The clip lasted for almost 90 seconds.
Last year, Chyna was also involved in a “revenge porn” scandal. Her ex-fiance Rob Kardashian posted nude photos of her on Instagram. In the Instagram post, Rob accused her of cheating on him repeatedly. However, TMZ said that Rob Kardashian isn’t the guy in the sex tape.

Blac Chyna’s Legal Drama with the Kardashians

Chyna is still ensnared in legal matters with Rob and the Kardashian-Jenner family. Recently, she amended her civil lawsuit putting back Kylie Jenner in the drama. Chyna is claiming that the family members in lawsuit purposely sabotaged her contract with the E! Network. This act was reportedly done to kill her reality show, “Rob & Chyna.”

Twitter Reactions

Meanwhile, on Twitter, people are sharing their reactions to the video. Here are some of the tweets:
