‘The Bachelorette’ Season 14, Episode 4 Recap: Into the Woods [SPOILERS]

With Clay’s dramatic exit, another day comes again with our hopeful bachelorette, Becca Kufrin, in the search for love. This week, we start off with Becca taking her hopeful bachelors to Park City, Utah. Fortunately, No one gets hurt after last week’s football disaster. But we also never know what will happen next in The Bachelorette.

For better or for worse?

Becca takes Garrett for a day around the town. They walked around shopping, taking selfies, and talking about some place in Minnesota that looks like Park City. Becca then surprises him with an exciting trip to Olympic Park with famous Olympic bobsled medalist and married couple Valerie Fleming and Shauna Rohbock. Over dinner, Garrett shares his experience and reveals that he got divorced after two months of marriage. Becca gave him a rose, and to close out the night, the date was followed by a private concert performed by country superstar Granger Smith, he serenaded the couple with his latest hit, “Happens Like That.”

The group challenge this week is trying to be lumberjacks. The 13 surviving bachelors who are competing for Becca’s hand are put through their places as married couple Kendall and Billy Kunelius, a professional lumberjill and lumberjack measure and put them to the test.

The suitors now get to show off by splitting logs of wood, carrying large logs, and tossing axes at a target.

“Mr. Go home Blanc.”

One dramatic moment that also transpired in this week’s episode is the Jean Blanc “I’m in love with you” incident. He gave Becca a gift—a custom perfume titled “Miss Becca Blanc” then followed by a kiss which Becca wasn’t feeling. After the very awkward conversation, Becca solidifies her decision to send him home.

The last individual date of the week goes to one nerdy but a genuine guy named Wills. The pair went on board on a snowmobile excursion through the beautiful Park City wilderness. An emotional dinner followed the date as they share their stories of heartbreak.

The Bachelorette Season 14, Episode 4 Eliminations

The Bachelorette closes with the rose ceremony. Becca has chosen Leo, Colton, Blake, Jason, Connor, Lincoln, John, Chris, David, and Jordan to stay. From 13 bachelors, it now narrows down to 10.
