Madeleine Stowe Boards Syfy’s 12 MONKEYS

No, it isn’t a time twisted headline from 1995.

Madeleine Stowe, who originally starred in the film version of Terry Gilliam’s 12 Monkeys as Dr. Kathryn Railly, will guest in Syfy’s TV series this season, reports EW.com.

The Revenge alum (Goodbye Victoria Grayson, gone but never forgotten) will take on the role of Lillian, a patient from a psychiatric ward circa 1950 something, who according to the report, will become an integral part of Cole’s (Aaron Stanford) journey.

Viewers will have to wait for Stowe’s first appearance however. Despite hearing her voiceover in this season’s opening monologue (explaining how the world came to end), Lillian will not make a physical appearance until the season 2 finale.

12 Monkeys returns to Syfy on April 18.
