Person of Interest: Sarah Shahi’s Shaw to Return Full-Time

Sameen Shaw fans, rejoice!

Sarah Shahi will return to CBS’ Person of Interest, and it looks like she’s back for the remainder of the season, too.

“I go back in September, full-time,” Shahi revealed to TV Line during CBS’ Critics Association Press Tour on Monday.

Shahi, who gave birth to twins back in March, left the show vowing to return at some point in the future, but with a storyline that hinted at her death (Shaw famously went out in a blaze of glory – and gunfire – while fending off Samaritan agents last season), fans were unsure how and when the fearless Shaw might return.

“I’ll probably do eight or nine” said Shahi, referencing the upcoming final season of 13 episodes.

Root will be so pleased!
