Riverdale Season 1 Episode 7 Spoilers: Jughead Gets Questioned By Police As His Dad Re-enters His Life

Riverdale season 1 episode 7 entitled Chapter 7: In a Lonely Place will focus on Jughead Jones (Cole Sprouse) as he deals with the return of his father, Forsythe (Skeet Ulrich). 

The synopsis of the episode stated that the return of Jughead’s father Forsythe will reignite a feud with Fred Andrews (Luke Perry).  Meanwhile, tensions rise between Veronica (Camila Mendes) and Hermione Lodge (Marisol Nichols) and Betty (Lili Reinhart) looks for her sister, Polly (Tiera Skovbye).

Riverdale Season 1 Episode 6: Burned Evidence 

In the episode Chapter 6: Faster Pussycats Kill! Kill! Betty and Jughead’s investigation leads them to Polly, who was pregnant with Jason’s baby. Betty finds out that Polly and Jason were going to run away together on the day he went missing. Polly mentions a getaway car she and Jason were going to use. 

The getaway car contained some answers to the Jason Blossom murder investigation. As soon as the police arrived at the scene the car was mysteriously burned.

Riverdale Season 1 Episode 7: Jughead Possible Suspect  In Murder

While the murder investigation of Jason Blossom gets more complicated. Rumors start to circulate about a new suspect and it’s Jughead.  

The Sheriff takes Jughead to the station and questions him about his involvement with the Jason Blossom case. Because his fingerprints were found in the burned car.

A Father’s Feud and Jughead’s Family Issues

Jughead confronts his father asking him “Don’t you want to see our family back together?” in the beginning of the promo. Riverdale episode 7 will focus on Forsythe’s redemption as a father figure to Jughead. 

But Fred Andrews is not happy with Forsythe’s return.
