Star Wars Releases Official Sequential Order to Watch The Clone Wars

For all the praise that Star Wars: The Clone Wars receives, a lot of fans keep complaining about the episodes not coming out in chronological order.

Now the official Star Wars website has released the official sequential order of the episodes, and you can watch TCW in the order of events that take place. The list actually starts with Season 2 Episode 16 Cat and Mouse, and ends with Season 7 Episode 12 Victory and Death.

You can check for the official list here, and SW.com has even provided links to episodes available to stream on Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+.

While I’m fine with the series initially approaching an anthology format, I guess this has been something that fans have been clamoring for a while. While several lists have come out before on what order to watch The Clone Wars, I think it would be a great help if Disney+ just has the official option to watch the series in sequential order quick and easy.

For now, the world and style of The Clone Wars has been inherited by The Bad Batch which is expected to release its second season this year. With the timeline slowly approaching that of Rebels, I’m curious where Dave Filoni wants this band of botched clones to end up in the timeline. Personally I would just love to go back to the Sequel Era territory since we know all about what happens around the Clone Wars and the Galactic Civil War already. Let’s just hope that they manage to come up with a  less-jarring animation style than Star Wars Resistance.

Catch Star Wars: The Clone Wars now available on Disney+.
