BONES: 6 Things to Know About

The Jeffersonian gets a new intern in the shape of TV veteran Betty White on this week's episode of Bones.

White guests as the brilliant and perceptive Dr. Beth Mayer, who comes in to assist on a case, but soon shakes things up, both professionally and personally, in the lab.

The episode will see the team investigating the remains of a real estate agent discovered in a forest, while Booth tracks down three murder suspects, each appearing more guilty than the last. Throw Oliver Wells, Brennan's latest book, and a little professional rivalry into the mix and there's a prefect recipe here for drama, fun and a squirt of romance. (Yes, we said squirt.)

We’ve seen the episode a little early, thanks to our friends over at FOX, and have 5 teasers to share with you.

If you’re a regular reader of these types of articles here at ScreenSpy, then you’ll know we do our best to avoid spoiling major developments and plot lines that might otherwise ruin your enjoyment of the episode (we want you to enjoy it as much as we did).

For that reason, we consider the following carefully structured and worded points to be teasers rather than outright spoilers.

However, as always, we urge you to be cautious, as one man’s teaser is another man’s spoiler.

Here then are 6 things you might like to know about Bones’ upcoming “The Carpals in the Coy-Wolves.”

What Comes Around

“The Carpals in the Coy-Wolves” will see Hodgins out for a little friendly revenge when Wells fails to apologize for making an error in the field.

What sort of an error? One that all but incapacitates Hodgins, and leads to his writing a love song to Angela.

Sadly, we never get to hear Hodgins’ song (season 11 blooper reel?), but we do get to see him wax lyrical on the virtues of honey, and see Wells shirtless, and howling at the moon. It’s quite a field trip.

“You shoulda just said sorry, Wells.
