Full Look at Ironheart Mark I in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Riri Heart may be getting her own Disney+ show, but she’s going to be making her MCU debut in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. Though she won’t have a full-on Iron Man suit, she does make something out of scratch.

Thanks to a leaked image from @MCU_Facility, we now have a look at Ironheart’s first makeshift armor from Wakanda Forever. Check it out:

As you can see, the armor doesn’t fully cover Riri, but it does feel like a callback to Phase I Iron Man when Tony Stark was still building his updated suit. I especially love the giant Metroid shoulders, and I think the same boosters on her legs will help her fly.

The repulsor on her hand also looks pretty neat, and it’s cool how she was able to give herself a claw. We don’t know where she gets the arc reactor though, but I think after Tony Stark’s death, Stark Industries may have found a way to make them available for corporate consumers.

We don’t know Riri’s exact role in the movie yet, but rumors are going around that she’s actually working for Dr. Doom in some kind of exploration mission on Namor’s city of Talocan. Then again, we do see her interacting with Shuri in the preview, so maybe she has a connection to Wakanda we don’t know about yet.

Though Tony Stark never really got to pass the mantle on to Ironheart, it would be great if Robert Downey Jr. could make just one more appearance for Iron Man’s comic protege.
