Tom Cruise is Back in Latest Trailer for Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning

With Daniel Craig ending his run as James Bond, Tom Cruise is also looking to hang up his high-tech spy gear with the last two films of the Mission: Impossible franchise. Dead Reckoning Part One is set to release in theaters in July, and we have  a new trailer that shows off everything you love about the series—crazy stunts, and Tom Cruise running.

In Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team embark on their most dangerous mission yet: To track down a terrifying new weapon that threatens all of humanity before it falls into the wrong hands. With control of the future and the fate of the world at stake, and dark forces from Ethan’s past closing in, a deadly race around the globe begins. Confronted by a mysterious, all-powerful enemy, Ethan is forced to consider that nothing can matter more than his mission – not even the lives of those he cares about most.

Though Tom Cruise is the face of the franchise, the movie is also bringing back M:I vets Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, and Rebecca Ferguson. They even brought back Vanessa Kirby’s White Widow who was just absolutely magnetic in the last film.

As for new cast members, we have Hayley Atwell who could be the leading lady this time around; we also have Pom Klementieff who is quite capable of action scenes despite playing the more humorous Mantis in Guardians of the Galaxy.

Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One is set to release in theaters on July 12.
