Latest Black Panther Trailer Kind of Reveals the Identity of the New Panther

Though a lot of fans are sure who the next Black Panther is already, the trailers for Wakanda Forever have been purposely vague on who the new Panther could be following the death of Chadwick Boseman. Speculations have gone from Shuri to M’Baku, but the latest trailer seems to confirm who the new Panther will ultimately be.

Though it’s only for a short while, we actually get to see the new Panther in action, and while things have been pretty vague so far, the fact that this new panther uses Shuri’s specialized gauntlets kind of confirms that the new Panther will be the sister of T’Challa.

Then again, there is still a chance that it could be Nakia, and the suit was just designed by Shuri like the one that T’Challa wears in the first movie.

If anything, there is speculation that we could be getting multiple Black Panthers in the film, and the movie has only been showing us one. We don’t know if this new Panther will have the same powers as T’Challa seeing as they lost their magical flower that grants the Panther their powers, but I’m hoping that Ryan Coogler and his team manage to come up with an organic solution when it comes to the story.

Who knew they had to write another origin story right after their first film just established the main hero?
