The Flash Movie has Allegedly been Completed

We know that The Flash is set to come out in June, but with the extensive VFX the movie allegedly includes, it’s understandable to think the film is still undergoing post-production.

The good news is, it looks like the film has finally been completed. As per @FlashFilmNews, Andy Muschietti’s The Flash has ‘gone gold’ in gaming terms. Here’s the post:

If you’ve been following the DCEU since Man of Steel, you’ll know that The Flash has been through development hell, being constantly pushed back, with several directors coming and going; it was kind of a miracle that they finally got to stick with Andy Muschietti.

So far, there has been a lot of great buzz surrounding Flash, but it is said to be the film that will also reboot the entire DCEU. While I’m sad to see the Snyderverse officially dead, I am hopeful that whatever reboot comes will be smooth sailing for DC moving forward.

Worlds collide when the Flash uses his superpowers to travel back in time to change the events of the past. However, when his attempt to save his family inadvertently alters the future, he becomes trapped in a reality in which General Zod has returned, threatening annihilation. With no other superheroes to turn to, the Flash looks to coax a very different Batman out of retirement and rescue an imprisoned Kryptonian — albeit not the one he’s looking for.

The Flash comes to theaters June 16.
