Electric State: Russo Brothers Team-Up for Film Starring Millie Bobby Brown and Chris Pratt

Everyone has been looking at what the Russo Brothers will do next after the massive success of Avengers: Endgame, and it looks like their next project will be with Netflix, starring the leads of two giant dinosaur franchises.
As recently announced by Netflix, Joe and Anthony Russo will be working on a film called Electric State starring Millie Bobby Brown (Godzilla vs. Kong) and Chris Pratt (Jurassic World). Here’s the announcement:
Millie Bobby Brown will star in The Electric State, a sci-fi movie directed by The @Russo_Brothers.
Set in a retro-futuristic past, it follows an orphaned teen (Brown) as she traverses the American West with a robot and an eccentric drifter in search of her younger brother. pic.twitter.com/A9mqvGowax

We don’t have a look at this world yet, but we can imagine that the two would fit right in. Stranger Things is all about that sci-fi world, and Pratt is essentially the lead of one of the biggest space operas besides Star Wars with Guardians of the Galaxy. With the Russos at the helm, Electric State has everything great going for it on paper.
As of now, there hasn’t been any release date announced for Electric State, but we should expect the actors to start working on them soon, seeing that Stranger Things had just wrapped up, and we’re expecting a wrap announcement for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Pratt and Brown are no doubt huge stars in their own right, and a team-up with the directors behind the highest-grossing movie of all time has me excited to see what’s in store for Electric State. Fingers crossed we don’t have to wait too long for a reveal.
In the meantime, you can watch out for Brown in Stranger Things 4 Vol. 2 which comes to Netflix on July 1. Pratt stars in Jurassic World: Dominion now in theaters.
