American Horror Story Season 7: Cult Reveals 'A Love Story For The Ages'

“American Horror Story” creator and producer Ryan Murphy is at it again with his social media teasers. Murphy has shared new artwork revealing “a love story for the ages” between Sarah Paulson’s character, Ally and Evan Peters’ Kai in “Cult.”

Murphy has been teasing fans on his social media pages (particularly on Instagram) for a few weeks before revealing the official title—which is “Cult”—last week during the San Diego Comic-Con 2017. Since then, fans have been clamoring for more of what the upcoming “American Horror Story” Season 7 has to tease or offer.

New information was revealed by Murphy on Instagram yet again. The producer shared a creepy caricature of Paulson and Evans, while aptly captioning it with “Ally and Kai in CULT… a love story for the ages.” Peters is shown with blue hair, while a more stressed-out looking Ally (played by Paulson) looks on with blank eyes. Murphy also revealed last week that the upcoming “American Horror Story” season was to be the “heaviest season yet” for Peters. This could get fans all riled up since Peters only had a small role during “Roanoke.”

It’s interesting how this love story will flesh out in “American Horror Story: Cult.” This also marks the second time that Paulson and Peters will act as lovers. In “Roanoke,” Paulson’s character, Audrey Tindall fell in love with her co-star Rory Monahan (played by Peters). Both characters played the role of Shelby Miller and Edward Philippe Mott respectively, in the season’s show within a show called “My Roanoke Nightmare.” However, both died brutally during the second half of the season. It’s definitely exciting to see how this relationship will turn out to be, especially with an impending doom to come upon both characters in the new upcoming season.

“American Horror Story: Cult” premieres Tuesday, September 5th on FX.
