Preview and Promo Photos for White Collar 3.13 ‘Neighborhood Watch’ and Royal Pains Crossover Promo

Elizabeth’s suspicion of a new neighbor leads Peter and Neal to uncover a robbery plot, but places her in danger once again in the next episode of White Collar, airing Tuesday January 31 at 10 PT ET/PT on USA Network.  Tim DeKay, Matt Bomer, Tiffani Thiessen, and Willie Garson star in Neighborhood Watch, with guest star Joe Manganiello (True Blood).
