The Voice Season 13 Finale Winner: Addison Agen vs Chloe Kohanski?

“The Voice” Season 13 wraps up Tuesday on NBC. Addison Agen is leading the iTunes chart with “Tennessee Rain” as of this writing, 12 hours before the winner announcement. Chloe Kohanski is currently ranking second with “Wish I Didn’t Love You.” Addison and Chloe are raising the stakes for their coaches, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton, respectively.

On YouTube, Brooke Simpson and coach Miley Cyrus are leading the view count with over 250,000 streams for their “Wrecking Ball” duet.
The Voice 2017 coach Jennifer Hudson was unable to take any of her artists to the finale. She started the season very strongly with with 4-chair turner Chris Weaver (sent home after the playoffs), Shi’Ann Jones, and Davon Fleming, who also turned all chairs in his blind audition.

Jennifer Hudson Takes No One To Finale

Things turned sour for JHud Productions just two weeks before the finale. Shi’Ann was eliminated at the end of the live shows’ third week. Then, Davon and JHud’s stolen artist Noah Mac (from Team Miley) did very well on public voting until the semi-finals a week ago.
Davon and Noah went home a week after the finale, together with Adam Cunningham (Team Adam) and Keisha Renee (Team Blake). Fans who predicted a back-to-back “The Voice” win for JHud are disappointed. JHud led “The Voice UK 2017” winner Mo Adeniran to victory early this year. Still, the “American Idol” alum is expected to return to the US stage of “The Voice” in the future.

Three Finalists Originally From Team Miley

Incidentally, three of the four finalists in “The Voice 2017” chose Miley in their blind audition. She also fought Blake Shelton for fourth finalist Red Marlow in his blind audition. Miley favored country singer Ashland Craft over 1980s cover artist Chloe Kohanski during the battle round. In the same round, she picked Karli Webster over Addison Agen. Now, the two are leading the iTunes Top 100 chart.
Miley started the season with all-women group. She decided early on that she would take a female country singer to the top this year. However, she did not think that keeping Addison was her best chance at making it happen. Her finalist Brooke Simpson could be a country artist, but she is leaning more toward the pop genre.

(Updated after the Season 13 winner reveal.)  “The Voice” host Carson Daly has finally announced the Season 13 winner at the end of a 2-hour finale.
Congratulations, Coach Blake Shelton and Chloe Kohanski for winning The Voice 2017! Coach Miley let go of Chloe after her battle round with Ashland Craft. Coach Blake quickly used his steal.
Team Adam’s Addison Agen landed in the second place. Ten hours after this article was originally posted, Addison remains number one in the iTunes chart. Each iTunes download multiplies the vote count by five.
Team Miley’s Brooke Simpson and Team Blake’s Red Marlow took the third and fourth finalist spots, respectively. All the finalists got a new car from Toyota.
